It's been known for quite some time.  One interesting thing about LIDAR
units is that the tests they specify in the operator's manual do not
actually test the unit's ability to calculate speed; they only check if
the distance measurement is accurate.

I have a scanned copy of the manual for the LTI Ultralyte 20/20.  If
anyone wants a copy, let me know.  My email is my first name underscore
my last name at hot mail.

About 1.6 MB.  It's a multi-page .tif file.

We don't all have our neural link installed to r.a.d. yet.

Happy April 1st.

All tin foil hat nonsense! :)
You can trust the government, its contractors, and its vendors. They
don't lie or set up scams or use faulty equipment or have lazy,
dishonest, incompetent, or imperfect employees ;)

Don't dare question government or else you'll be found guilty anyway and
be forced to pay a much greater penalty!
