Driving down I44 heading towards St. Louis. A woman was driving a SUV
in the left lane a couple miles per hour under the posted limit. I
went around her on the right and the State Trooper pulled in behind
her hoping to make her get in the right lane she was just a little too
stubborn. On came his lights and then she had to go all the way over
to the right on the shoulder.

Stubborn? Probably drunk. Poor lane discipline, driving too slow. Pretty
typical profile for a DWI.

It'll probably get tossed out of court. Judges figure that its not good
public policy to pick on slow drivers, even if it means letting a bunch
of drunks slip through the system.
