You could try going to several other inspection stations and see if they
would be willing to inspect your vehicle. If all of them say you must
get it approved at the station that gave you the rejection sticker, then
that's what you have to do.

Probably not, but as far as I know, you only have a limited time for
getting a valid inspection sticker. Otherwise, you're sure to get cited
for lacking a valid inspection sticker.
