The law in many states has been like that for years.  The problem is
that the cops never enforce it.  I called them about it once and got
the "we do it when we can but we just don't have enough officers".
Funny, they always have enough to stop people going 10 over.   Every
single day in my commute I see at least 3 major LLBers and another
several mini blockers but not in the far left.  I only see an
"aggressive" driver about once a month and Friday was one of those
days with the jerk weaving in and out of traffic.

Hey stupid.  It doesn't apply if you are in the left lane and are
doing the speed limit. THINK

No it doesn't, you moron.  You can't have a law that demands law-abiding
citizens help criminals break the law. THINK

Yes it does jackass.  The exceptions are when TWO or more of the
following occur.  READ THE f.cking TEXT:

316.1923  Aggressive careless driving.--"Aggressive careless driving"
means committing two or more of the following acts simultaneously or
in succession:

(1)  Exceeding the posted speed as defined in s. 322.27(3)(d)5.b.
(2)  Unsafely or improperly changing lanes as defined in s. 316.085.
(3)  Following another vehicle too closely as defined in s.
316.0895(1).
(4)  Failing to yield the right-of-way as defined in s. 316.079, s.
316.0815, or s. 316.123.
(5)  Improperly passing as defined in s. 316.083, s. 316.084, or s.
316.085.
(6)  Violating traffic control and signal devices as defined in ss.
316.074 and 316.075.

But don't worry Davey, your piece of sh.t won't make from Boulder to
the Florida state line anyway.
