And the pretext in this case?  ..."the light illuminating her car's rear
license plate was dirty".

I still remember the young cop who told me my 1973 car when it was only
25 years old said there was a similiar vehicle involved in a crime...
lol... couldn't even keep a straight face. I am sure he's improved if he
stayed a cop.
