" A car careered onto an outdoor film set yesterday, missing presenter
Zoe Ball by inches and clipping her cameraman.

The driver of the car was an elderly woman, who appeared to lose control
of the vehicle as she left a private car park.

The driver, who is believed to have pressed the accelerator in her Rover
200 instead of the brake, escaped injury. "

We have some pretty dopey elderly drivers too.

Just goes to show ya that even excellent driver training and high
licensing standards cannot overcome senility.

Well I gather that some younger drivers have made the same mistake too.

What really perplexes me though is why they keep on going and don't realise they effed up.
