The marketing geniuses at Pep Boys are having a "Blowout Sale".

On TIRES!

They don't seem to get the joke - they seem serious.

Well, I have found that Pep Boys tires to have rather flexible and weak
sidewalls...  work OK in normal driving, but, say, hit a piece of debris
in a field and *poof*
