Hi Viatologists,

As of 18-May-2008, the Worldwide Transportation Library provides geographic
coordinates for 9.17% of its 2,191 road photographs.  Through retroactive
action, the 'Operation Coordinates' program will increase the per centage of
photographs containing coordinates over time.

Cheers,

That's a whole miserable 16.2134 photos.  BFD.  (how do you take the
coordinates of .2134 of a photo?)

I believe there was a picture or 2 added between those two percentages
which caused a denominator change in the latter leading to this type
of inconsistency.  In any event, this is .74% of the total project.
Anybody want to know how long this will take to finish at this rate?
Neither do I, but a general look says at least 2 years, with at least
5 update messages (based on previous experience) per week.  Need I say
more?  Please observe OSTT, both with Carl and his sock puppets.

Actually, no, since Kaopecate is supposed to *stop* the green apple
quickstep.
