Q: What's the difference between a traffic snake and a real one?

I've been happy with my Motorola bluetoof ear bud, with two
exceptions:
1) I have it set up for my personal cell phone. It seems that it
would almost be easier to buy a second one for my work phone rather
than to try to switch it back and forth. Unfortunately my employer
supplied phone is an LG POS so I'd need to then have *three* charger
cords in my vehicle, and I only have two sockets available (because
the LG doesn't use a standard USP charging cable, so the Motorola Y-
adapter wouldn't work.)
2) it doesn't sit perfectly securely on my ear, but that is likely
because I still wear eyeglasses, as I don't like contacts and am
scared s**tless of Lasic (SWMBO's brother had it done, and it royally
f'ed up his eyes.) Most of the time I'm driving I'm wearing
sunglasses anyway, unless it's nighttime, so this comment wouldn't go
away.
Sound quality is quite good, although I wish I could crank the volume
up slightly more as all vehicles that i'm likely to be using it in are
fairly loud at speed ('05 Impala, '88 944, or '93 F-150.)
I believe that the aftermarket head unit in my F-150 can also be
adapted for hands free phone use through the speakers, although I
think the ear bud is much more practical.

I picked up two different mike/earpiece do-dads from the 99 cent
store.
I called my home phone answering machine and the voice quality was
just as good as if I had been talking into the phone directly.
If I want to make a call, I would wait until it was safe.
If I want to receive one, all I have to do that's illegal is hit the
key that answers the phone, whch can be in my shirt pocket.
(Someone once said that Studebaker owners were cheap! Is that true?)

I don't live in CA so I have not researched the new law at all, do you
mean that hitting a key on the phone to answer is illegal? What about
tapping the button on the headset? (which is what I have to do with my
headset.)

Utter and complete fabrication!

(I'm *broke,* there's a subtle yet important difference.)

TWENTY DEAR??
Here in Connecticut you get whacked with over a hundred dollar fine if
you're caught with a silvery looking object upside your ear. Of
course, we're all rich here in CT - we can afford it!!
ROTFLMAO...
