Where can I find a parts breakdown for a car?

Can someone direct me to a website that shows a parts breakdown for a
Chevrolet Corsica? I had a piece come apart on the front of my car that I
believe is a linkage that makes up the "front end" and I don't know what it
is. It is about 8-10 inches long, has rubber bushings on each end, and is
threaded on each end and bolted in. I heard a pop and investigated and found
that one of the nuts apparently came off and it came out of the hole and is
hanging in the air. Now most of the time when I turn a corner I hear a
popping sound but the car still functions okay. It is located next to the
driver's side front tire near the location where the wheel hooks onto the
car. There is one exactly like it in the same place on the passenger side. I
hope to find a diagram to identify it so I can call a mechanic and tell him
what is wrong and have him repair it. Thank you.

Specific parts diagrams are usually copywrited by the manufacturer and not
postable on a website, unless someone made the diagrams themselves.  I don't know
of any.
However, it sounds like what you describe is a "sway bar end link":

I followed the link that you provided and yes, that is exactly what it is.
Thank you for helping me out with this.

www.autozone.com has free repair information available online,
including diagrams, for several vehicles.
