We have a 1990 Mazda MX-6.  My son was in a minor fender bender that
cracked the left turn signal lense.  Now none of the turn signals work.
All the other lights work, and when you try to signal either
direction, you can hear the clicking like it should be working, but
none of the four signal lights work.  I checked all the fuses and they
all seem fine.  It doesn't look like any of the wiring was disturbed.
Any thoughts?

Might the crack have incidentally destroyed a ground connection?
Bad grounds are a major cause of taillight and signal light problems.

A cheap VOM or DVM can help you find out if you are really getting
voltage back to the lights.
