WHAT IS THE OLD SCHOOL METHOD FOR STARTING OUT SETTING A ONE OR TWO BARREL ROCHESTOR CARB ? SET BOTH MIXTURE SCREWS IN AND THEN BACK OUT HOW MANY TURNS ?????
