Has anyone tryed out MPG caps for better combustion

it should work for protection of engine and improving combusting in
atmospheric engines

HAVN'T FOUND ANYTHING BAD ABOUT IT ON INTERNET AND PRODUCT IS RATHER NEW   

I will try them out on my car which has about 150HP and spends too much
gasoline
