I have a 98 Toyota Camry, 6cyl, XLE that has electrical problems.
1. When the door is unlocked, the alarm goes off.
2. While the door is open, the locks keep locking and unlocking until
the door is closed.
3. The clock doesn't work.
4. All the preset radio selections disappear everytime the car is
turned off.
Does anyone have any idea where to look for the electrical glitch that
is causing all this?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

The clock and radio presets could be a blown fuse.
The alarm and locks could be the PCM.
Locks could be a bad solenoid.
Could be all of them and possibly more. Have it scanned for codes to
help narrow it down.

Check the battery cable connections for looseness or corrosion.
Intermittent contact might explain your problems.
