Finally picked up an old street rod (after 40 years). Now looking for the
most
comprehensive, nationally known place to find parts (internet or catalog)
...like those shorty wiper blades, outside mirrors, gauges, toggle switches,
billet stuff, etc.
(I guess I'm looking for the street rodder equivalent of what Summit Racing
or Jegs
might be to a drag racer, if there is one).
Advise and thanks.

Their catalogue has pages and pages of flathead Ford stuff last I
looked.
Not street rod exclusively but has a good selection.

I would suggest you pick up a street rodding magazine and search the ads.
Many of the smaller rodder supply houses have websites, and many specialize
in certain things.
The "big box" speed supply houses often only have a single, generic,
one-size-fits-all product while the smaller places might have items that
are more custom-tailored to individual applications - making the
installation a better one, and making the car owner a happier person.
It is not unlike the differences in buying your auto parts and supplies at
Wal*Mart or PepBoys versus NAPA or Carquest.
