Turned off while driving.  Changed the fuel pump only.  Still nothing.
Changed the fuel relay and filter.  Nada.  What 's up.  And now what?

did you verify fuel pressure?  Does it have spark?

Just keep changing more parts.  Eventually you will fix it.
