update on 99 lumina cluster help --

Update.
I have unpluged the cluster, the ECM and the body control module and it
still blows the fuse
as soon as I turn the key on. I can find no wires that look melted. I am
thinking about bypassing
the fuse with a wire and watching for the smoke, lol.
Any ideas at all?

Get a wiring diagram and look at what is powered in that circuit and trace
those wires, alldata.com is one source.
