Fuel Tank Issues

I'm experiencing problems when trying to fill my vehicle with gas.  It
appears that something is blocking or restricting the gas flow.  I can
only manage to squeeze 2 to 3 cents worth of gas at a time before the
pump shuts off (as it does when the tank is full...but this is not the
case).

Can anyone offer assistance?

This happened to me once, I believe what happened was the vent tube
between the top of the tank and the filler neck iced up.  Fortunately I
was able to get to my destination before I ran out of fuel, and even
more fortunately my destination was a heated garage.  When I pulled the
filler neck assembly apart the vent hose was full of water.  I
reassembled and was able to fill the tank.

I don't know if this is helpful to you or not, but I figured I'd share.
