Hi! I have a 1987 chevy G20 van ,I resently replaced my 10 bolt rear end
with a free one, which is a limited slip 12 bolt from a 1979 van. The
problem is that the drive shaft rear univeral dosn't match up , so I
need to find an adapter for it if any one knows of such a thing please
inform me .thanks and have a nise day

I'm pretty sure there's a "U" joint that has to different sizes on it
that will take care of this, but I don't remember the number of it. Any
"good" parts house should be able to find it for you. If you can't find
it, no big deal. Get a used drive shaft that fits the 12 bolt rear,
take that and the 10 bolt shaft to machine/trans shop that cuts, welds,
balances drive shafts and your on the road again.
