We have replace fuel pump 3 times in 6 mos with no symptoms leading up
to failure.  Now after the most recent replacement the truck keeps
stalling while driving.  Is this injectors, fuel pressure regulator or
do we have an electrical short and if so where do we start looking?

I might look seriously at the fuel pressure regulator.  But I'd also
look seriously at where you're getting those fuel pumps from.
