i have a 91 dodge stealth twin turbo that is misfiring in cylinders 1
and 4.  i think the 2 misfires are related beceause the car uses a
waste spark system and 1 and 4 are the same coil.  wires and plugs are
all fine, and the ignition coil itself and the ignition control module
have both been replaced in an attempt to fix the problem.  cant find
anything out of the ordinary, any help at all would be greatly
appreciated.

Hi. You should check the power coming to the coil and the ground for
that coil. Try hooking a test light to the wire that gives power to
the 1-4 coil, start the engine and see if it lights up. Good luck.
