Hi all. I just had the water pump replaced on a '96 Chevy Cavalier
(106k mi). The car has always had the orange DexCool antifreeze in it.
After I got the car home I noticed the tech had replaced the orange
antifreeze with the green stuff. Is this cause for concern or would it
be okay to keep the green stuff in the system until it's time for a
flush and fill.

Thanks in advance.

So far, no leaks using Dex-cool in my very old Ford and Toyota.  I did
use distilled water with it.
