I recently developed a miss in the number 4 cylinder.I have changed
the plugs, and wires.Still has the miss.I have checked the Fuel
Injector and the coil pack both are good. The check engine light stays
steady at idle but blinks when the car goes over 40mph.Any ideas what
else it might be?

you say you checked the coil pack and injector. How did you do it?

The coil pack was checked with a voltmeter and the injector was
replaced with a new one.

Inadequate test.

Seems it isnt the coil packs or the injector.I have no compression
from the #4 Cylinder. All others are reading at 150.

Do you mean a voltmeter or an ohmmeter?

Does this car have multiple coil packs so you can swap 'em around and
see if the problem moves.

The coil pack really is suspect here.
