Please give me the steps of removal and installation for timing chain
on Buick La Sebra 3.8 V6 engine.

Don't recall all the steps.  That engine is pretty straight
forward.  Everything on the right side has to come off.  You
should replace the water pump wile you are there.  Make sure
you check the oil pump and rebuild while you are there.  Do
use the steel timing sprockets instead of the OEM
replacement.  Replace the usually leaky oil pan gasket and
crank seal while you are there.  None of this is difficult
for and average talented and equiped DIY'er.  Air tools are
a major help as well as a good jack and stands.
