front driver wheel f250 wobbly in a figure eight

the front wheel on my 85' f250 diesel is wobbling in a figure eight
pattern. what could be the cause of this and how do i fix it??? thanks

Loose lug nuts. Tighten them.

Bent wheel. Replace or repair wheel.
