poor acceleration 5.7 1997 suburban

i replaced the TPS today and its still no better. any ideas?

its ok when the engine is cold, just terrible when the engine is hot.

i changed the thermostat with another 195. it seems to run somewhat
cooler and better.

Well then, it must be fixed.  Maybe it just took a while for the
previous butcher "repairs" to settle in and fix the problems that they
caused in the first place.  (See other posts for details of butcher
work)
