You can use FFI caps
These innovative caps are enhancing engine power and saves up to 20%
by using the gasoline thoroughly, reducing the leftover gases (co2)
released.(Works with both diesel and gasoline)
Those caps have been used exclusively by the U.S. army for 17
years!!!!!

This http://www.myffi.biz/hiw/ will give you an overview of how it
work, you can read more: http://newyork.myffi.biz/en/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=25&Itemid=38

How do you burn more of the fuel and get less CO2?  Balony.  The
gasoline contains a fixed amount of carbon.  Complete combustion gives
a certain amount of CO2.

Tbere is a big myth that the low efficiency of a spark ignition engine
(30-40%) comes because most of the gas is unburned.  This is a myth.
In a properly running engine 99% of the fuel is burned (look at the
amount of unburned hydrocarbon current emissions regs allow).

Rather, the fuel is burned, but the engine only uses a fraction of the
heat produced to produce mechanical energy/power.  About a third of
the fuel energy goes out the exhaust as heat and pressure (not raw,
unburned gasoline) and about a third goes into the coolant as waste
heat.  Look up Carnot cycle for discussion on limits of efficiency of
heat engines.

I bought six caps.    The first five saved me 5 x 20% or 100%
so my fuel is free.       I sell the extra 20% from the sixth cap
to my neighbors.     I couldn't get any more because the oil
companies bought them all up to take them off the market.

Yes, just like the high mpg carburetor the oil companies bought up
several decades ago along with the many other energy saving devices
the oil companies have conspired to keep off the market.  What
unsupported nonsense.

Point me to the website of a nationally recognized testing firm with
the stature of Underwriters Laboratories that has independently
verified your claims for increasing mpg.
DoctorGiga - 09 Jul 2007 18:30 GMT
It is clear that every no I post, will not be in your favor.
Hence: try it yourself, trust no one.
I was THE skeptic of all, and still have found myself testing it on 3
different cars (1 turbo diesel, 1 supercharged sport car and a 2.5l
Subaru)
All came up to 10% gas saving AND MORE.

I only drive my old van to the food store once every week or two, a
round trip distance of about three miles.Just think of the gas I am
saving while my van is parked in my driveway.

Taht amounts to $0.30 on a gallon.

What I want to know is, whatam I putting in my engine?

STP is supposed to be good, too. Ever taken apart an eninge sludged up by
STP?
DoctorGiga - 10 Jul 2007 19:27 GMT
this is so much different than STP,
it's improves the engine work for a long preiod of time,
when STP only effects for a short while.

You just keep on reaching up there, and coming up with seemingly plausible
- albeit totally bullshit - answers.

This tells me a LOT about the company:

They own their own building
They own their own servers
They own their own jet

Yup! You can make a LOT of money selling Snake Oil!

Yes...until you start your engine, at which time *warranty

Gee, let's play this out:

"Our product kind of works, but can do serious damage to your engine if
used too much or for too long. Not only that, but it costs us pennies to
manufacture, and we sell it at an obscene profit.

BTW, you'll get the same results adding acetone to your tank, or water in
the intake"
