I have a 1993 Dodge Shadow with a 2.2L engine and auto trans.  Car has
less than 60K on it.
Has developed a bad hesitation on accelerating, almost like a stuck
EGR valve.  I replaced the
spark plugs, cap, rotor, wires, fuel and air filters.  Still not
better.  Will die on acceleration but restarts ok...idles good.  Has
same symptom on brake torque.  Any suggestions on what to look for or
just get in to a shop for estimate?

Ignition coil could be weak or poorly connected. Check connections and check
primary resistance with an ohmmeter.
