Where can I buy an OBDII plug?

I found some software to put in a laptop computer to use the laptop as a
scantool and PCM programmer. Does anyone in this newsgroup have a cable for
sale that goes from the laptop serial port to the OBDII socket or know where
to get one? If not, does anyone know where to buy the OBDII plug so I can
build my own cable?
