95 Sierra Truck Cooling system

So here is my problem.  In the past year, my cooling system has fell
apart.  The truck has a regular (not Vortec) 350 engine and so far, I
myself have replace the radiator, hoses, thermostat, and waterpump.

The coolant level was holding constant until I recently had to begin
using my heat intermittently. For the last month,  I have been going
through about a gallon of antifreeze a week.  I have not been able to
see any drips on the pavement when I park so I was puzzled.  Today, I
stopped somewhere and left the truck running and when i looked under
it, the antifreeze was pooling out. I reached in and cut off my heat
and the drips subsided.  There was also antifreeze all over the driver
side top of the motor between the throttle body and the valve cover.
The rear passenger side of the engine was wet as well.  All the fluids
were dripping off the back side of the motor.  All heater hoses are
behind the motor as well, ( I believe).  Just wondering what could
cause the top of the motor to be wet if my thermostat seal and water
pump are fine.
The engine has been running fine and has not been missing or lost any
power.

I'm just looking for any advice or suggestions.  Thanks

I would check the heater hose connectors and the intake manifold
gasket as these are common failures
