I'd use one if it was free.

Wouldn't it work equally well as an aftermarket bolt-on accessory? Why
modify the exhaust manifold?

Might have trouble if it's too fast and bounces back and forth. Or if
it's too slow and makes the rider start swearing and kicking it.

Would be even better if it can stop the wind blowing it over.
