I recently purchased a reverse pressure bleeder and I going to replace
the brake fluid on my Toyota 4runner. So how do I reverse pressure
bleed the master cylinder.

Not a really good thing to do. Reverse flushing pushes all the dirt and
crud in the system back into all the parts you don't want it in. About
the only time I use a revers bleed is on a nice clean EMPTY system. Then
it does a nice job of pushing all the air out as it fills the system.

When you say clean empty I assume you mean a system where the fluid is
replaced and the lines are not rusty...?? I intend to empty the brake
fluid. So how would I pressure bleed the master cylinder then..?

Yep, clean fluid and no rust. Bleeding the master is easy. You can use a
bleeder kit that feeds the fluid back into the res. or just bleed the
system as usual with a pressure bleeder. No problem.

Not a good idea unless the fluid is completely free of contaminants.
You want the fluid going in one direction, which is out the bleeder
screw. Use either a pressure pump at the master cylinder or a vacuum
pump at the wheel. Be sure to bleed in the proper sequence too.
