What is a Lemon Law Buy Back?

Lemon Law Buy Backs are automobiles that the manufacturer has
purchased back from an individual under the lemon law. The manufacture
then fixes the problem and sells them at auto auctions as used cars.

the junk cars go to canada. there are no lemon laws in canada.

   ...and, I believe, the problem-fix then carries an extended warranty, at
least the original miles/months as that part/system had when new, regardless
of miles/months when bought back and re-sold.
