Hi,

I own a 1981 Chevrolet caprice Classic and I’m looking for a Test &
Diagnostic tool to hook up to my connector and read out information.
Does anyone know what kind of test & diagnostic set I need and where I can
get one?

Thanks, Erik

If you mean to pull trouble codes then all you need is a chunk of wire.
If you mean to actually read the data then you need a OBD I scan tool.

Or you could grab some software and a cable and use a PC
These folks even have the way you use the wire or paper clip to pull the
codes.
