Okay, before you go and get a new or used BPMV, clean the pump motor ground
cable connection. The whole assembly is under the lower rad hose, below the
air cleaner box/ECM.
First, clear the codes (see the web site I've given in my earlier post), then
clean the contacts (the ground cable is directly screwed to the motor housing)
and see if the code(s)/warning lights come back. A faulty ground (due to
corrosion while in storage) can and will result in symptoms like what you have.

Thanks for all the advise. I will check the ground, remove it clean
it and make sure there is a good connection. This I am sure was not
done during testing. I guess it was surprising to me that the brake
pressure modulator valve
seizing caused the Electronic Brake module to short out. Seems like
there would be some type of "fusing" to prevent this from happening.
Hope it does turn out to be a poorly grounded system from storage.
