Your pants stay up better, without that weight in your wallet

Please tell us what benefit you hoped to achieve from modifying the
fluid in an otherwise well maintained transmission that is functioning
well.

You assume much. I was just investigating a claim made by,what I consider to
be, an unreliable source.
I am not familiar with Duralube products, but I do recognize snake oil sales
tactics. But, to be fair, I had to ask.

How do you know his trans is working well ? Mine is running like crap ! It
slips and Clanks and the Dealership CAN'T "REPRODUCE" the sounds ! Get REAL!
They admitted to not even checking the fluid level ! If the aftermarket
Additives didn't work they wouldn't be selling like they have been for so
long. People are only so gullable !

Duralube infomercials can be interesting though. I like the one where
the three junk yard men with lots of missing teeth and caps with CAT
and GMC on them rejuvinate a scrap engine and state, "I wouldn't be
afraid to sell this one."

I used to own an 83 Tercel and usedthe Engine Treratment. the NEXT oil
change was at jiffy lube where the teenagers forgot to replace myplug and
the following week i went to check the oil level only to find out i had
NONE at all ! the car never heated up or acted like it didn't have any oil
in it which it didn't ! i heard nothing but BAD things about Duralube but I
KNOW it works. about the Trans fluid i couldn't tell you but everyone is
saying the engine treatment doesn't work and I'm living proof that it does !
I PLAN on putting it in my 2003 Ford Escape 4x4 LIMITED with only 35,000
miles on it. The owners manual says to wait until 150k miles to change the
Auto Trans fluid but ford admitted this month to marking the dfill marks in
the wrong space, therefore NOT putting enough fluid in the transmissions.
they claim you should drain it and refill the fluid and I'm GOING to use
Duralube on my "Top of the Line" 4x4 Escape !
Let people run their mouths,I KNOW duralube works and if the engine
treatment works that good than I trust the Trans Fluid as well !
