Hi..
I have an 89 Chevrolet Suburban.
It has a 350 fuel injected engine and 4 speed transmission.
Just recently it started to loose power.
On the way home I could feel it 'buck' (like a 'lurching'..only word I can
discribe it..) in 4th gear and it would'nt do more than 50 MPH.
On the hill about a mile from my house, in 1st and 2nd the 'bucking' became
worse and a major loss of power.
I am new to the group and if anyone could give a few suggestions what to
look for I would appreciate it..
Thanks in advance..

Take it somewhere and get the backpressure checked.  The Cat might be
plugged up.
