Ford Flexible Fuel Engine

Can I use regular oil or does it have to be symthetic oil? This is for
a Sable.
Plus how does this engine compare with a regular gas engine. More or
less power? noisier? smoother? same?

Probably similar, if not exactly the same. The FFV and regular gas
versions have identical specs.
