Carbon fiber fabrication

What all do i need to make something out of carboin fiber. i want to
make a mould of the bonnet and make a carbon fiber one.

i kno i need auto clave. What heat do i bake the carbon fiber for and for how long.

but i dont know what epoxies and stuff must get used

try google - you will find a lot of stuff on this. You don't need an
autoclave unless you plan to use pre-impregnated cloth. You can use normal
epoxy resin systems with carbon fiber cloth, you just end up with a part
that is a little heavier and weaker than optimum. You can treat it pretty
much just like fiberglass if you just want to splash out a bonnet. If all
you want the carbon fiber for is the appearance you can make the part out of
fiberglass and just use the carbon fiber for the layer that shows. Likewise
if you want the part to be very tough and strong you can use a layer or two
of kevlar fabric.

The folks who sell you the raw materials can give you all the details.
