I have a 1997 Lesabre Limited that has developed a vibration in the
steering wheel. If I release the steering wheel momentarily the
steering wheel rocks left and right. The Car also drifts to the right
slightly. Seems to occur at just about any speed with varying degrees
of vibration. I just had a safety check so I do not think it is
tierods. Any suggestions on what is causing it would be appreciated.
Could it be any of the following tire balence, front end alignment, low
power steering fluid, transmission problem, struts, or motor mounts

Bad tire with shifted belt? It's easy to check... jack up one side, swap
front and rear wheels/tires, see if it helps. If not, try the other side.
