Okay this is a ODD one.. I have a 1992 Buick Lesabre with the 3800 v6 in
it.. well I went to check the oil tonight and when I went to put the sip
stick back I missed the hole that it go's in and I think I hit the
manifold by mistake. Well I didnt turn the car completly off the switch
was still on but the engine was off.. but when I hit the manifold or
whatever it was it sparked! and now when I try to start the car it wont!
it does not eaven turn over it just clicks and wants to turn over I never
heard a car sound like this... what the heck did I break???

Check your ignition/main fuses. The starter on 3800 engines sits just
below an exhaust manifold- very close or near a dipstick hole; its
terminals- Starts, Battery, and Motor terminals are not well protected
and exposed to outside elements.
My guess is that you missed you mark and shorted to ground your
ignition circuitry- the Battery (B) terminal on starter motor to the
ground of a vehicle. Remember, B terminal is always HOT and ready for
action. Very easy to do it, if you are not careful enough. I hope it
helps.

Check fuses/fusible links. Your description sounds like you may have
shorted the main cable on the starter to the manifold, which would put
one MUTHA of a draw across fuses and links, probably blowing at least
one of them.

dont worry it's a cheap problem, if you cant fix yourself dont let dealer to
fool you

It's a cheap fuse/fusible link, you could even damage a battery - not likely
due to fuse but if yes battery is maxium $80.

lol -- try charging your battery a bit that should do the trick! I doubt that
you were able to disconnect a starter terminal. Sounds to me like you discharged
the battery just enough power to activate the solenoid but not turn the starter
motor. Also check the battery terminals; make sure they are tight and secure.

Turn on your headlamps, bright setting! Now try and start your engine. If the
headlights dim is a faulty power connection or possibly starter armature bearing
are worn down and need to be replaced
