I have a Ford Truck, broken actuator assembly for the ignition switch.
I bought a new one, but cannot for the life of me figure out how this
thing goes in.  This is a tilt steering beast (that never tilted
before) and it looks like the tilt mechanism should come apart from the
other side of the yoke...but I cannot see how they come apart.  If they
don't come apart, this $14 part better come with a magic wand included.

Pin puller needed to remove the hinge pins. Spring is a PITA to get
back in too. You can find a small screw that threads into the pin, grab
it with visegrips & carefully tap them out & save yourself buying the
puller. Good luck.

Those threaded pins in each side of the tilt mechanism pull out.  I
dont remember the actual thread pitch, but they are the same as the
threads on replaceable arrowhead tips.  I  once used practice arrow
tips (blunt style) and vice grips in a pinch.  I was working on a
hunter's truck at his house so that's all we had at the time.
