how to replace front turn signal bulb

car is mazda mpv 98, front turn signal bulb has dimmed (compared to other side) and
results in a rapid blink (as opposed to the opposite side normal rate)

how is the new bulb replaced, there does not appear to be any screws to open the
orange signal cover?

   Not answering your question, but may be pertinent.  The symptoms you
describe can often occur because the rear bulb is not flashing at
all--resulting in the rapid flashing, and resultant less brightness due to
shorter time of current flow thru the front bulb.  The rear bulb may need
the attention.  HTH, s

I had carefully taken the required steps from front to back to see that all bulbs are
flashing before writing the OP..
still looking for a solution to front side signal
