For exchanging the unit, if you have Denso, stay with Denso.

The alternator still charges fine, but it makes a squealing noise. I
don't know how old it is but the belts were changed about a year and a
half ago. The one in there now is a remanufactured Denso.

Boy, that is a non-answer if I ever heard one.
Beck Arnley parts are just fine. They source parts like everyone else. In
the auto parts industry, today, most, even the most celebrated and trusted
red blooded american pie companies source parts from China, Taiwan, Etc.
Trust me, I use to do automotive trade shows. I use to see the purchasing
guys talking to the Chinese factories and listen as they set up deals. I'd
smile to myself and remember how many poor guys out there swear by those
good old American companies. Beck Arnley is a good company, they have good
stuff.
