I have a 2002 Ford Focus ZX3. I hear a clicking noise when I am traveling down the road. I believe that it is most likely CV joints. How hard is it to change these

Not difficult at all.  I could easily change out both sides on a Saturday

It isn't that hard, if you have the tools and a little experience....or a
repair book, and a little time.
