I recently started having issues with my 2001 chevy venture wipers.
Stated out that the driver side arm didn't go all the way down during
use. Hubby tried to adjust by loosening nut and moving arm. This
resulted in arms banging into each other. He "adjusted" again and I am
at least back to original trouble and it doesn't return when in off now
too. Suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Many people decide to live with the inconvenience when they find out
the cost of the wiper module.
I also wonder if there was some ice on the wipers holding them in place
when the switch was turned on. Always make sure the wipers are free
before turning them on.
