Got a '96 Mazda B3000 P/U and having trouble w/ the switch/relay in the
door.  At times when i open the pass. door the dome light stays on when
the door is closes and the "door ajar" light on the dash is on..

Anyone know where i can find the switch/relay for it?  Or can someone
post a image of it so I know what im looking for..

Sounds like the cheap plastic switch inside the door is broken.
Take the door apart and you will see it on the latch.

What I did was dig into the door panel and unplugged the switch, until i
can get it replaced..  With it unplugged, the light and indicator do not
come on when the door is open...
