My tail lights are not working on my 1994 ranger.  I have replaced
both bulbs to no avail.  The brakelights, turn signals, backup lights,
and hazard lights work fine but no tail lights when the headlights are
on.  Any ideas?

I figured it out.  The T-Connector for the trailer was hanging in such
a way that one of the exposed wires was rubbing against part of
trailer hitch assembly and it had essentially just cut the wire in
half from all the rubbing.  I was only getting 2 volts through the
trailer connector so I figured something was amiss.
