My '95 Eagle Vision (similar to a Dodge Intrepid) automatic transmission won't shift into reverse. The other gears engage just fine. Anyone else ever had this problem? Does anyone have any diagnose tips or troubleshoot tricks?? Thanks for your help! Hi, You could remove the shift cable/lever where it connects to the trans linkage and then try to shift the trans lever into reverse, If this works it probabaly needs a shiftcable and or adjustment...Clay..
