A/V Input Multiplier ?

A/V n00b question:

Headunit only has one set of A/V INPUT, can it be expanded to 2 or more
sets with
a A/V switcher of some sort ?
something like this ?

I just want some low cost solution.
This 2003 DVD player HU has only one set of RCA inputs and I want to
add a TV tuner and pipe iPod output to this HU Aux
